Delivering Bibles Where They Are Needed Most
A Bible is More Than a Book—It’s a Lifeline
If you could only see it with your own eyes…
The way people hold their very first Bible. The way tears fall as they press the Word of God to their hearts. The way hope rises because, for the first time, they can read and know the promises of God for themselves.
For many of us, Bibles are everywhere—on our bookshelves, on our nightstands, even in an app on our phones. But for countless believers around the world, owning a Bible is a rare and precious gift. Some have waited years to hold one. Some have traveled miles just for the chance to receive one.
At Global Point Ministries, we’ve already delivered over 25,000 Bibles to communities where Scripture is scarce. But we’re not stopping. In May, we’re committing to delivering 1,000 more Bibles to those who long for God’s Word.
A story from Las Tunas
That mission wasn’t just about numbers. It has always been about people—real lives being changed by the power of Scripture.
While we were in Las Tunas, Cuba, in a tiny little church, we were handing out Bibles when something unforgettable happened and I am so glad our phone captured the moment.
A woman had traveled from another town called Jicotea just to receive a Bible. The day before, we had tried to bring Bibles to her town, but the river had overflowed due to the rains, making it impossible for us to get there. She wasn’t willing to let that stop her.
She made the journey herself—determined, hopeful. And when we placed a Bible in her hands, she clutched it tightly, kissed it, and began to cry.
Through her tears, she said:
"I cry because I have the Word of God in my hands. I cry because this is the first time… In this church, and I feel good here. I cry because I didn’t have a Bible, and now I do. I want now to thank you and to these brothers who are donating money to us to buy the Bibles. We need much of this Word. We have so much for the hearts of others. Thank you."
- Woman with Bible
Her words are a reminder that every Bible we give matters. It’s not just another book—it’s a doorway to hope, to salvation, to transformation.
Why Giving Bibles Matters
When you give a Bible, you’re doing more than providing a book. You’re:
✅ Planting seeds of faith in places where the Gospel is just taking root.
✅ Strengthening believers who long to grow in their faith but lack resources.
✅ Equipping churches and pastors in underserved areas.
✅ Transforming entire communities by spreading the Good News.
God’s Word is alive and active (Hebrews 4:12). When people read it, lives change.
The Need is Greater Than Ever
Despite the rise of digital access, physical Bibles remain essential for many believers.
🔹 Some areas lack electricity or internet access—a printed Bible is their only way to read God’s Word.
🔹 Persecution makes online Bible reading risky—a physical copy can be hidden and shared.
🔹 Not everyone can afford a Bible—even if they long for one.
There are still millions waiting for their first Bible.

How You Can Help Deliver 1,000 Bibles in May
We’re committed to putting 1,000 Bibles into the hands of those who need them most—but we can’t do it alone.
1️⃣ Give a Bible
For just $5, you can place a Bible in the hands of someone who desperately wants one. Imagine the eternal impact of such a simple gift.
2️⃣ Pray for This Mission
Prayer is powerful. Pray that each Bible reaches the right person at the right time, that the Word would take root in their hearts, and that doors would open for the Gospel.
3️⃣ Spread the Word
Share this mission with your church, small group, or friends. The more people know about the need, the more lives can be changed.

Why This Matters for You
If you love Bible ministry, global missions, or spreading the Gospel, this mission aligns with your heart. When you support Bible distribution, you:
✅ Obey the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20)
✅ Sow into eternal impact (Isaiah 55:11—God’s Word never returns void)
✅ Partner with what God is doing around the world
Every Bible you provide is a direct investment in the Kingdom.
