Kevin Johnson and Frank Lozano met over two decades ago in Valencia, California, connected by a shared passion for their faith, creativity and storytelling. But it wasn’t until October 2015 that everything changed.

That year, Kevin traveled to the Congo and witnessed something unforgettable—thousands of people receiving Bibles for the first time. Their faces radiated joy, gratitude, and awe. It wasn’t just a book. It was hope. Truth. A lifeline.

With no big organization behind them, no salaries to rely on, just a simple plan—to bring Bibles to places where few dare to go. Places where roads are barely passable, where government restrictions make faith a risk, and where entire communities have never held a Bible in their hands.

From the earthquake-ravaged streets of Haiti, to the underground churches of Cuba, to the remote villages of India and Cambodia, and deep into the mountains of Peru, they work to place God’s Word directly into the hands of those who need and want it most.

That’s how Global Point Ministries was born.

A Bigger Movement

“At first, it was just us,” Kevin remembers. “We funded trips when we could, capturing stories through video and photography. But when we shared what was happening, people started asking: How can we help?”

And that’s when something incredible happened.

Donations started coming in—not to them, but through a local church that believed in the mission. Every time the funds allowed, they packed up and went again. Nine years later, over 25,000 Bibles have been placed in hands that once had none.

This movement is fueled by generosity. Every Bible given is a testament to unseen hands and willing hearts making it possible.

More Than Just Giving Bibles

Each Bible is purchased in-country, ensuring it’s in the native language of the people receiving it. It’s not just about distributing books—it’s about making sure entire communities can read, understand, and be transformed by the Word of God.

In many places, even pastors don’t own a Bible. They lead churches from memory, passing down Scripture as best they can. Imagine what happens when an entire church finally receives the Word—when a whole community can gather, study, and grow together.
